Should I at EXL or move to Tiger Analytics? I have been working at EXL for 3 years and my current title is Sr Analytics Consultant. My current salary is 113k. I work on projects for a very large well-known US-based sports league, but for the past 7 months was staffed on boring mundane projects. I now have a job offer from Tiger for 120k. I would be able to take seven weeks off between jobs to recharge. Now EXL is countering with 125k, 7.5k retention bonus, and project of my choice. Stay or go?
