Sidley has promoted 38 people to partner and 27 to counsel and not one individual is black. That is disgraceful. I fully expect the small number of black big law attorneys to go the way of the dodo bird under Trump. My firm has lost 4 black associates in the last month and a half and I don't even think we had 20 of us nationwide.

How long does it take for PwC to send out rejection email? I interviewed with the team like a month ago, the recruiter called me the next day and told me that congrats, everyone likes me and told that they were working on my official offer. 3 weeks later, nothing.
