Hi all. First message here but hoping someone for some guidance from the community. Looking to land my first AM role. I have 8 years in Sales (New Home Developer/Builder) experience. But no direct AM experience. I live in Phoenix, AZ. If anyone has any company recommendations, or pointers, it would be MUCH APPRECIATED!

Does anyone know specifically comp numbers at AbbVie for grade 20-21 in a commercial role? I'm having trouble understanding specifically what comp would be at the level they are considering me for. Really like the people / opportunities but I'm afraid the comp will be a big drop off from where I'm at now at the level they have me pegged at and would rather tell them now before proceeding

I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. From that conversation, I saw instant red flags. Any thoughts?

I am leaving retail pharmacy after 15 years. I am opening a 403b pharmacy for a FQHC. I don't believe that retail pharmacy will be able to sustain itself with patient costs skyrocketing. Hey fishes, can someone tell me how the 80c bracket works, i know i can get exempt upto 1.5lakh under it, what i wanna know is does PF comes under it or not? For example if my yearly pf deduction is 20k and VPF is 10k so now will i still be able to show investment of 1.5lakh under 80c apart from PF and VPF or i'll be able to get exemption on only 1.2 lakh( 1.5lakh-30k= 1.2lakh)?
