Slalom Consulting can someone layout the consulting levels for me with rough avg pay? Seeing a role for "client partner (senior principal or director)"

SP is kinda like SM. It goes Senior Consultant, Principal, SP, Director, SD, MD.

Client Partner is a tough role. Extremely sales focused, but you still have to hit the utilization of capability folks who are focused on building and leading a team of consultants. Right now util target is 60% at SP, but looks like its going up next year. Client Partners are typically assigned to one industry at the SP/D levels and are focused on building that industry portfolio in your market.

Pay depends on where you live, but maybe 175 - 210 avg for SP, and then another 20 - 40 on top of that for D.

I have an associate's degree in graphic design and work designing wedding stationery. I've been at my company since 2016, and am now a design consultant - speaking to customers directly and creating custom artwork and designs for them. I know I'm underpaid (50k/year in the SF Bay Area) but I thought the benefits and stability were worth it. I'm now severely burnt out (most of my team is) and not sure which way to go, or how to grow. Any tips/advice?

Thanks!
