Compensation, Salary and Bonus

Smaller firms total staff of about 20-22. What’s average starting pay for someone fresh out of college? Benefits HI, retirement, HSA, PTO & probably one of the few firms that still offers comp time.

Tucson, Arizona. Smaller firm than yours (8 employees). Salary: $42k w/o CPA, $52k with CPA Medical: ~$200/month Dental: $65/month Vision: $15/month 401(k) - they match the first 3% and .5% on the next 2% - so if I put in 5% they put in 4%. [401(k) not available until you’ve been here a year.] PTO: first year - 5 days. 5 measly days. Second and third years: 10 days. 4 years + 20 days.
