Thanks for the laugh - and no, it's not just you!

Yep! Me, too!

The only thing I like about the new outlook is how slow it sends emails so I can recall it quick when I realize I made an oops 😬

Yep you hit the nail on the head OP. One thing about me is that if I am going to find a mistake that I have made it is going to be after I have hit send. It always drives me nuts too because I am always trying to hurry and then end up makng errors.

🤣😭🤣 It's so refreshing to know it's quite commonplace.
My hack when i used to send emails from my executive's inbox was to send it to myself first and then read it over before sending it to the intended audience 🤣

So here is my dilemma:

- Husband just got accepted on a international rotation which means I will be single parent for the short term.

Any tips on leaving a firm “correctly”? Was about to go “of counsel” with my firm of 6 years, but then another firm whose partners I really respect (and personally like) offered me a partnership position. I am in the process of finding administrative assistant interns from our local universities. In an effort to make my job opportunity appealing, I am asking everyone in this bowl about an appropriate job title. Is "Administrative Assistant" outdated or unappealing? I certainly don't want to mislead anyone on the job responsibilities, but I do want to avoid any potential negative stereotypes attached to that job title. Are there alternative titles that you find more appropriate for 2022?

Happy Wednesday everyone. I'm so excited, I have a recruiter call scheduled with @Meta for Administrative Partner position. I've been in my current employer role for 19 years and I'm nervous as heck. I haven't had to do an interview in so long. Can someone please tell me what to expect with the recruiter call? I'm assuming it will be mostly about the role, my skills and background? Do they ask salary expectations? I have no idea what to say for the salary question. Feedback appreciated. Thanks

Hi- I’m an hourly AA, been on the role for 6 months now and it’s my first AA job. I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center). I assist two VPs and now they want to add a third because they’re looking for the “ 3:1 ratio “. Should I ask for a raise? Is this normal? I know another AA that handles 3+ people but idk if she’s hourly or salary. Any thoughts?
