Is the CFE pretty easy?
Hi everyone!
Debating between an offer from 200 employee company vs Zoom (the company).
The smaller company has good benefits, great wlb and a great culture per Glassdoor reviews. But its an HR software and not easy to sell.
Compensation is similar.
Never worked in a big company like zoom before, what are the pros, and the drawbacks?

As a diplomat kid: take your kids with you, international exposure is invaluable - I don't regret it.
Youngest is 7, oldest is 10. Found out the placement will be Japan for the first 12 months. It will be tough either way!
We are currently in the UK so a bit further afield than we anticipated but it is such an exciting opportunity to for my hubby to experience the amazing culture there, waiting to find out expat info but the offer is currently to support hubby relocation as its one year.

Hello fellow UK fish, is there a way you could do both? Maybe international or home schooling? Thrive in your career and also get a nanny? Do something else on the side and build that up if you fancy entrepreneurship? The possibility is limitless, but the question is, what do you want to do? Once you know that, reverse engineer on how to get there. I do career coaching on the side and happy to do a 15 minutes brainstorming. If you want to do that, drop me a DM.

This is my first post here so hoping to get some honest views!
I should also add I have flexibility to work internationally for up to 12 weeks in rolling period so can join husband for part the year but trying not to disrupt the kids lives as its 1yr +1yr assignment so with hybrid juggling we are hoping to make it work.
The question here is more around is it the right time for me? Should it be a choice of which one of us gets to thrive right now (he is the breadwinner)? Or do I need to make peace with it and do what is best for my family and not my career right now?!
