if the client (girl/boy) isn’t responding you should continue to follow up via email (tinder/Grindr/other) until they leave the company (unmatch you).

If we’re talking interviews, I can safely assume the HM who told me I’d hear in a week over 7 months ago is probably never getting back to me.

I was dating someone who seemed very into me and then she panicked about her new job and not having time for a relationship. I’ve sent a couple of replies and I know the texts were read but zero response. It’s been 1 week.😞

I think it’s at the point where they decide to never answer your email rather than simply think “I’ll get to this later.”

If you’ve been ghosted, you’ll never find out when that was.

How does one tell their boss (owner of the company) that you are burnt out? Hi all, I have about 7 years of professional experience but only one year as a Customer Success Manager. I work on mid market accounts currently. I love my job, but would prefer to support a more robust platform that will allow me to add more value for my customers.

I’d appreciate your thoughts on what compensation you might expect for a CSM transitioning to a new company with one year of experience.

To clarify, I don’t have an offer yet, I’m just looking to make a move.

Thank you!
