What jobs in finance can I apply for without a college degree as long as I’m willing to get the required licensure? (That I would have a shot at getting hired).

Pepperfry salary is 1.5 lacs less than SHL. However salary is secondary

FWIW, I'm at a boutique law firm, and while there is still lots of learning I could do, I don't think the niche is a good fit, and all signs are telling me to leave. I'm a 2019 grad, did a year-long state clerkship, and have been at this firm for just under 1.5 years.

I’m in IT in a large corp and I don’t know what to do. I’m the systems engineer and I planned around what I thought was a straight forward concept. It appears what I thought would be possible was wrong. Everyone celebrated thinking I’d figured it out, including me. Were spinning up a full team to build it and I’ve exhausted all avenues to find an alternative solution. There isn’t. Horrified this is a career limiting situation….

I am a M2 at B4 FDD and don’t know how long i’ll be genuinely interested in this work. Currently debating rotating into a B4 IB associate role for a year or two, then moving to PE. Is this a reasonable move? I know IB lifestyle will suck, but I don’t want to find myself in a spot where I dislike what I do in a few years and feel like moving to IB may increase my chances of landing a better gig in the future ( as opposed to sticking to FDD)

Hello everyone! I am currently new to the UX world, but I found that I've really connected with it since doing some research on the role as a UX Researcher. I have my BS in Psychology and CLDP, and I've had experience with research while in college. However, I'm not sure if my current role would be helpful in transitioning into this career.
