So frustrating, I keep seeing job ads for Temp contracts like maternity cover but then the filter on their job as is set to permanent!
So even if I put in all the filters to only show permanent jobs and not contracts , they still show up, and it’s predominantly full with them!

I have a finance degree from UGA, but all of my experience (3.5 years) is in sales (tech and real estate), so no relevant internships unfortunately. Thoughts on Citi's Leveraged Portfolio Group at the Analyst level? I'm curious if anyone has additional details on the group for an Analyst spot. What does the group focus on in terms of work, what are hours like, decent exit Ops, interview process etc? I'm currently an Analyst in an industry specific Corporate Banking group at a competitor of Citi so I have experience underwriting HY transactions and portfolio management.
