I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. Unfortunately, this is when it’s like trying to land that first job at a college, right. What kind of intern experience do you have. Your intern experience is going to determine whether or not you can find employment easily. In the meantime, you can look at freelance sites and do side work to build up a portfolio.
I have internship experience as a marketing and communications intern with a sports media company. I also have done a lot of work on campus dealing with PR and web releases. it just feels like nobody is even giving me a chance thats the issue
Do you have a portfolio? When you don't have job experience, it helps when you can show your skills. If you don't have a portfolio, I would recommend working on drafting one, even if you have to create a few projects to showcase your skills.
