So I had my third techno-managerial round on June 23rd. Then, on June 27th, I noticed my role changed, and the old status looked like it matched a new requisition. Now, the current status says "interview in progress."

To top it off, I'm getting backdated interview emails. I've tried calling HR, but she's not responding, and I haven't gotten any updates. Has anyone else gone through this kind of confusing situation?

So, I just fired my first employee as a manager and I'm heartbroken. He was a great, great person but after 6 months on a PIP he just wasn't cutting it skills-wise. I have got Pre hire survey 10 days back from D (requesting for payslip upload and CTC sheet upload) but I haven't heard back anything after that from them. I have a joining into accenture in next 10 days.

Am I being still considered by D (if not I will atleast join acc) , if so how long it will it take from Pre hire survey to offer release usually in D (for consultant position ) ??
