So - I have been looking for a change and am in the funnel for several roles, 3 are classic job moves. Another role, in which I am the furthest along, is a Series A - founders have multiple exits each. The base comp is 2.5x my current salary (there are options but I consider that 0 with potential future gravy), they have cash, decent revenue from some decent brands. What do I need to consider here beyond the obvious (long hours, which I already do)? No kids/mortgage to worry about.
