So, I just got my performance review. I have about 2.5 years of experience. It looks like I made about 100k last year. They pay out bonuses in the beginning of year for the prior year (so 20k bonus for me). Going forward, the base is like 85k and not sure what the bonus is going to be. It should be greater than 20k. The job is pretty easy and it’s wfh. I’m also kind of in a niche…muni finance. Would you look around if you were me or stay put?
