So I need some help. Im in the oil and gas business. So I was just offered 3.50$ a hour and 100 day bonus. So it would be a big jump about 3000 more a month. But then my company came back and offered another 2.50 more on top of that but can’t match the day bonus but said they’re working on it. Did close the gap a little making the other job only about 1600 more a month. But new company said day bonus can jump to 150-200 opening that gap back up. HELP!!

I'm trying to find an in-house paralegal role, and I'm wondering if it's considered acceptable to say the reason I'm looking to move is to get away from billable hours. I think most people don't like billable requirements, but I'm wondering if this makes me sound lazy or unproductive. Thoughts?
