Anybody have insight into ballpark salary range for Director level pay at Microsoft in a non-engineering role? I understand there’s probably varying degrees based upon org/function, as well as location. Just assuming Remote work, what would salary/bonus/stocks look like? Or just TC in general?

We are currently working Hybrid Monday and Friday from home, the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office for the past 6 months. The general consensus changes by the week among most peers depending on the workload, and we are all hoping to fully return 5 days a week by next summer if all goes well.

We are currently at 1 day a week remote.
I’ve heard Rockcliff is still 100% remote.
Every business and team is dictating their own policies. Strict in office policies on masks so many people still wfh. Leadership wants to see people in though, but not “mandating” it
We are full time back in the office now, however depending on your supervisor, we have some flexibility to work at home. When we were purchased by our current owner they did away with sick / vacation and gave us a combined PTO. My manager recognizes this and if my kid is sick or I’m under the weather, will allow me to work from home so I don’t have to burn PTO. Probably wouldn’t have been an option so much pre-pandemic but now they trust us.
I honestly am happy to be back in the office and able to visit the field again.
Our company is currently 1-2 days a week remote depending on role. I know a couple of other companies in the area that are doing half and half, but by choice, meaning you can take as much as half the week remote but don't have to if you don't want to.
Ours are operating on a hybrid schedule, depending on the role. 3 days in office, 2 working from home. Most people seem to like it, although some wish they could pick which 3 days to come.
