So i was wondering what Qualifications for ESG/Climate Risk/Sustainbilty you would reccomend?

I completed the Chartered Banker one in Climate Risk & the CFA ESG one but wondered if there was any other ones worth doing or reccomended

A question for VCs: I’m currently a VC analyst. I want to eventually come back to the VC industry and perhaps become a partner (if possible). However, there’s an opportunity to work at an Endowment Fund (Harvard/Yale/Stanford level). Would you recommend me to spend the next 3-4 years doing something that’s not directly VC related? Hi!! If anyone here works for Axis, how do your titles work? I’m used to trainee (0-2 YOE), underwriter (2-4), senior underwriter (4+), then avp/executive underwriter.

Is it worth it to recruit for a PE Associate role if your current plan is to get 2YOE, go get an MBA and pivot afterwards? Seems like most people can’t /won’t stick around to make it to the top and end up doing something else anyways.

13 years experience and no college education. Best way to go about earning my BA and taking the CFP?

I'm at a career juncture and have decided on a career in anti-money laundering as my new path. I'm also highly interested in additional education to further my career and am eyeing graduate school. Which is best? A law degree or a master's in international relations? Those are where my interests lie. I keep reading that JDs are valued in compliance but am wondering if a different graduate program is better for my goals. I already plan to obtain the CAMS certification. Thank you!
