Licensed in LA, moving to IL, Employment Agreement is with the US sub (DE) of a foreign company (Canada), where both the sub and parent are fully remote companies with 0 physical offices. In process of buying a house, both my surveyor and specialist damp contractor found damp under kitchen tiles (In the grout) & in skirting boards and up one wall. Sellers had work done initially in 2014 on the wall only(with garuntee) & their company has visited and assured there is no damp… what is next best course of action, get another damp specialist to examine independently of other reports? There’s also an equity component: 0.15% of current fully diluted equity. This equates to about 30000 shares at a strike price of $2. They also indicate the preferred stock price is $6 and preferred stock equity is $188k (whatever that means). They are in the middle of a new financing and valuation round.

My breakup annexure mentions 4 components apart from RRP and PF. Basic, HRA, Flexi, Special Allowance. Either the Special Allowance or the Flexi is not included in the CTC mentioned in offer letter. So I want to understand how the Flexi and Special Allowance are paid monthly. Can someone please help?
