I heard from a HR saying it is mandatory to book the seat in the facility, if not the attendance will not be considered. any insight on this?

Just by swiping it can be considered seat booking only for getting proper seat as many return to office so booking is mandetory

I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.

In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.

I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.

Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?

My profile- automation testing (selenium java), exp-8.5 and current PKG is 15.3 and
I got the offer from nagarro(22.5) but I rejected since I initially asked for 25.
Now my offer is awaiting from TSYS(quoted 25) . TSYS said day before yesterday it's in discussion with management .
It's been more than 10 days. I'm losing patience.
