Havas is an idiot. Don't lie, so easy to find that out, and there's no reason to. Politely say "I really appreciate the interest and time, but I don't think this is the right opportunity for me right now. Let's stay in touch."
^seconded. I've done it before and as long as you're professional about it they usually understand and appreciate the honesty.
Yes to above two. Email/call the recruiter/hr person and say how much you've enjoyed meeting with everyone and that you appreciate their interest so much, blah blah, but you have done some thinking and unfortunately, you will not be pursuing this opportunity further at this time. But would love to recommend others if any suitable leads come to mind and you hope to be able to work with them in the future. And you wish them best of luck with the search.
Or just show up at the next interview wearing two baseball hats at the same time. Say nothing about it. If asked just laugh and say you couldn't choose because you love both teams. When leaving, take another out of your bag and offer it to the interviewers. This time tested strategy should work.
Tell them you accepted another offer. Don't answer if they ask where. They'll forget anyway.
Call them and fart into the phone. Always works for me.
Ghost them
