Was scheduled for an interview today for a Director pos. early morning I get a Reschedule request to next Wednesday but I cannot make it due to personal commitment .
Called recuit mgr.to let him know and he tells me the director is very busy as she’s the IT. Dir for the whole org.politely asked him to send her availability other than next Haven’t received anything since then . Wondering if such co. Is worth pursuing that doesn’t value others time and that too a replacement pos for the same busy role 🥹

I think going through every job is a mistake even if they ask you to walk them through your resume. If you talk too much you will fail the screen. I would still summarize the experience and highlight the keywords they want to hear. That's the #1 thing you want to give them, keywords. They will not process every word you say. They are not listening carefully. I think maybe in 3 sentences. I summarize my experience as project support and operations. Use one sentence for each part. Then maybe a third sentence to wrap it up. :l
I’d aim for about 90 seconds to 2 minutes. Pick 3 to 4 career beats, emphasize why each move mattered, and tie the ending directly to the role you’re interviewing for. Avoid listing every job duty. If you want to rehearse it out loud and tighten the timing, Aural can be a useful optional practice space: https://aural-ai.com

I would answer this the same way as I answer the tell us about yourself question. I would just add that I’m happy to go deeper on any of that if they’d like.
literally got asked to “bring my resume to life” on a phone screen. Girl what?? I feel like a court jester in these interviews sometimes
It's a good idea to start from your latest role (and the one supposedly most relevant to the role you're applying to), proceeding backwards.
That is a terrible question. How about you read my resume and ask me questions.
