Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?
Hi Fishes, Need your advice in choosing between the two. Confused between UBS and Northern Trust. This is for 8 years of experience in Data Engineer profile. CTC is almost same, I am looking to stay longer in my next role (4-5 years), so want clarity on WLB, projects and increment cycles. If you know about any of these 2 organisation, kindly share your input. Any help on this is much appreciated.

This happens more often than you think. Also the longer you stay with a company the less you make and the new hires will always come in making more than you. For example I went from being an MA and making 21.50 hr to being a supervisor making 23 hr and then 6 months after I became a supervisor the MAs got a pay raise to 25.50 making 2.50 more than me. When I would hire new MAs they were making 27hr and the ones that were there for years only making 25.50
It happens all the time. Companies chronically underpay, then act shocked when they struggle with retention. It's laughable.
I think that happens in a lot of different industries, but healthcare is one of the worst. A lot of companies boast big salaries but very minuscule raises and bonuses.
Boomerang hires are a big trend across industries right now. ADP data shows they made up like 35% of all new hires in early 2025, which is way up from previous years and healthcare isn't immune from this sort of thing.
