Someone who has left FedEx ACC and joined some other company, can you tell how it feels like? Was it a right move?

I’m planning to accept a new position in the next couple of weeks, but I want to negotiate my salary. I’ve been a NP for about 5 years and have been making around $110k. How could I try to negotiate for $125k-130k?
