Upcoming Data Analyst Interview with Healthcare startup company - Clarify Health Solutions. There are 6+ rounds and I’ve only made it through one. Super anxious as I’ve seen online that they tend to ghost throughout the process and it’s hard to get an offer. Can anyone provide any tips or pointers?

Acknowledge what they are having an issue with and work with them on the solution. Even if the solution isn’t that different from what you are already doing. It’s better for them to feel a part of the process because that is, in my experience, the real problem there.
This makes a lot of sense, I’ve found a lot of the time they don’t actually understand the work that goes into things either so explaining the process so they can see how much work changes can be is helpful too
I try to set clearer boundaries up front now. If rounds of feedback are endless, I remind myself the client may not actually know what they want
We had one client who each time wanted to change something new, eventually we had to just draw a line and charge them extra costs for anymore changes (they then magically liked what they had)
I have had projects where “one last tweak” turned into version 17. At some point i start wondering if the feedback is about the work or about them needing control.
Version 17 is insane! The most we’ve got to is v15 and even that was a slog
