Through a lot of self-examination, I’ve started to realize the full extent of the trauma I experienced and held onto from growing up LGBT. I’m honestly surprised that this part of the process isn’t more talked about as it seems to be a relatively common experience. Are there any resources you’d recommend to help with this healing process?

Decided I finally want to try to get back into shape after years of neglect. I found a personal trainer a few months ago that can work around my schedule, but the quote I received last week seemed really high. It’d be 1-on-1 and at a private studio, so I knew it’d be slightly expensive, but the monthly cost is like $1,500 for 12 sessions. Is that reasonable? This is in a HCOL city.
