Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.
Accenture
Hi Fishes
I want to share very bad experience I had at Mastercard
I was given offer by Mastercard in month of Dec The hike was less but looking at brand & other perks I accepted the offer & was looking forward to joining them.I got few offers & I went back to them for sole purpose of renegotiating CTC, to have a industry standard hike. They didn't reverted back for 2-3 days & just dropped a mail that they are revoking initial offer as well on grounds that they didn't like i gave other interview

Amazon
Better future opportunities
I’m (obviously) am going to be biased but I enjoy the PwC culture WAY more than Amazon culture. I was staffed on something for them for about 6 months and couldn’t wait to do something else. Amazon will have way better exit ops though.
PwC . To me it is much about the kind of role than designation. Director at PwC get opportunity to build his own practice , team, social network , etc. You will have full control on setting the project direction. Yes, travel is involved, downside for some. But hey - you are just one level to the highest designation in the firm.
That one level doesn’t come for 90% of people.
Also, it depends on what will you be doing. IFS is going through lots of reshuffle. Its not very streamlined.
I would pick Amazon over a consulting firm.
You and your family/ dependent investments will be restricted at PWC since its an audit firm
Anyone can help with salary range for Sr SA in DFW
Are two jobs at the same level?
Don't go for Amazon you would likely regret. As others said it's a constant Fire hose that doesn't stop. Pwc way better culture
PWC base given is 243k base and 14-22% bonus
Ok, I haven’t negotiated yet. So might be able to tweak a bit
