I am a carbon credits consultant working for a startup. Here I am working on various business development activities along with the technical part. The job is very much of a techno-commercial kind. I have been working here for more than a year now. I am willing to make a switch now. I would love to work in the field of ESG and/or decarbonization strategy.
I'm a post graduate in Environmental engineering.
Current compensation- 5 LPA
Any leads and referrals are appreciated.

I recently switched focus from FP&A to Finance Transformation with a 30% raise but really do not like the work and would like to transition back. I loved my old position but wasn’t getting the compensation I felt I deserved. But it’s just really frustrating having to restart the career search again after all the effort it took to find this current position at this compensation level.

Job role: Software Engineer
YOE: 2yr 6m
CTC: 7.55

Am I upto the standards of market? I do web dev using python and django and have slight hands on on Golang(Basics) too.

Please suggest me good opportunities.

If suppose my fixed is 10L and with variable pay it's 12L, while mentioning my CTC to a future recruiter should I say 12 or 10.

Have an offer at industry for a manager role at $155k, 10k signing bonus, and $40k RSUs. Would you guys take an exit for this TC, or wait it out at EY for manager.

We all had the same responsibilities, I consider I even had a heavier workload (talking in past tense since I very recently made an internal move).

Had the craziest experience today at 1st ultrasound. Measured 6w5d (what I should be based on FET) but sonographer told me HR was 87 (low). I was hysterical (had a previous MMC after an initial low HR) and doctor came in and rescanned and said everything looked perfect and HR was 119 BPM!
