Which one to choose between Optum and Tiger Analytics for Data Scientist position? Where can I expect better data science domain expertise (In my previous companies I found very less understanding of Data Science practices as team)? Heared good things about both of these. Also hearing Tiger is expanding rapidly and getting some crap projects as well in the name of data science. Could someone put light on these things?

I have a total of 5.5 years of experience with current CTC as 11.5 lpa.
I have a offer from Infosys of 17 lpa
But my company wants to retain me and they are giving me an opportunity for Canada onsite in return of retention(no raise or bonus)
Please suggest me, if i should take the onsite opportunity or keep looking for counter on my current offer.

Yes
If you can really quantify the impact you've had in 5 months - holidays, then go for it with data to back it up. But yeah probably too soon.
I got raise after 5 months (started July, slight raise in Jan) so def possible but depends how your team/company views it
Yes. I would wait until mid year.

Will it impact your job security if you do? If so then don’t do it. zig it won’t, then do it. Always advocate for yourself.
How much you make vs what you want?
Never too soon for a raise. Have you justified why you deserve a raise during this time? Are you going above and beyond your peers?
If everyone at your firm typically gets raises this time of year, then yes. Maybe a smaller raise, but it wouldn't make sense to make you wait a whole year from now.
