The association with discomfort and growth is unfortunate, but that is often the case. Anytime I’ve taken on a new role or even just tried to learn something else, I have a moment of panic, and why did I do this?? But as quickly as that comes, you learn how to navigate, and it all starts coming naturally to you.

I’m hoping to reach that point soon where I feel confident and fully comfortable with everything. But right now, it still feels a bit overwhelming.
That can feel like a dilemma. It's overwhelming to be learning new things and growing into a new role. But it's better than the alternative of being frustrated doing the same old stuff. What I've always learned is that having to learn some new techniques or skills seems challenging and then you hit the point where you can just do it and it starts to feel natural.

You’re right. It does feel like a lot at times. I just hope it starts to feel more natural and manageable soon.
That mix of nerves and excitement is so real. Starting fresh shakes you out of autopilot and reminds you why growth matters. Mistakes are part of the ride—sometimes the best lessons come from them. Sounds like you’re in the right place, even if it feels a bit scary now.

Exactly! I was on autopilot in my previous job, every day felt the same with nothing new to learn. Now I’m learning new things, and I just hope it all starts to feel natural soon.

I hope this new journey allows you to grow and flourish. Good luck
Totally get that! It’s a lot at first, but also kinda exciting to grow again, scary but needed!
