Starting right out of the college, finance degree in 2023. Working at financial analyst with base 50k. If I stay with company, might be get promotion up to 10% each year. The pros are tuition reimbursement monthly, bonus eoy 10%, 401k matching 7%, M.S degree tuition reimbursement 5k each year. Any advice Should I change the job now or stay 2-3 years to get experience?

2. Neev systems - 23LPA (5%VP)

Neev systems is ready to negotiate it with CGI. And both companies have their own benefits.

Neev's hike is good compared to CGI(almost double) & CGI have some additional perks like cab facility, Creche allowance, mobile, internet bills reimbursements and additional 5% shares.

Both might have similar WLB (12-9pm).
