what's the best app/site for planning an itinerary? I'd like to list all the things I want to see and be able to plan out the order by day. surely this must exist. tripit seems very manual/lacking.

I have 2 offers from Myntra (Associate-M1) and Coinswitch (Business finance analyst) at 1.5 YoE.
Myntra :15.5 base +1.5 joining + 7 stocks(4 years) + relocation
Coinswitch :15.5 base + 1.5(joining+retention) + 2 performance bonus paid yearly.
Which would be a better choice ?

Pros/cons of having both a manager and senior manager on a job?

When you budget for your engagements, what percentage of staff time is your budgeted manager time? I have always heard manager time should be about 50% of staff time but now leadership is pushing back. I have found the 50% to reflect reality. Managers don't reperform the work but have to do a detailed review. Thoughts?
