Warning to all those who plan to join TCS never ever join TCS. TCS does not hold the brand values of Tata anymore.. Its now a toxic company led by management who do not know what to do. The Rmg & HR are terminating the soft and easy targets who are on bench. They are creating a fluidity list if you are in bench. Though the RMG should be helping search project ,nowadays they are not letting anyone find project directly putting on fluidity list. The whole management has gone for a toss. Even though they mentioned 12000 to be sacked the number is close to 90000. Even one the RMG 35 yr old from Hyd co
mmitted suicide due to mental pressure. Imagine the pressure and toxic environment around. The govt, labour dept, news ,media are all silent. Until there is a top level management change donot think of joining and if you are lucky find a low paying job and leave the toxic place as soon as you can.

I joined TCS C3B Thane in March 2023 EX- PWC. Resigned in Sep 2025.

TCS beat every firm in Making New Joinee Fool.
They shows high CTC, but if you reduce
1-Variable ( Expect max 20-25%) CTC reduced 10 %
2- Retention Bonus
3-Medical Insurance
4-Gratuity
5-No Hike
6-5 Days WFO Travelling Cost
Your CTC will come down to your previous Firm
Do be careful and don't join if they give good hike, At the end of month u will be getting 30%, less of committed

I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.
