Tata Consultancy I work at TCS and recently received my first salary hike. My rating is A in the C2B band, but the hike is only 4.8%. I was expecting something higher, so I'm a bit shocked. Has anyone else experienced something similar? I'd appreciate your feedback.

Last round for a VP level front office transformation role @Citi . TC is looking like 160k base + 20% bonus (5 YOE ). Will be making this in a couple months when promoted to NYC strategy and consulting M1 @ Accenture. Is it worth the move ? Are there other perks I am not considering ?
