1. What is the minimum-to-maximum compensation range for a Tech VP (IC - 603 level) role at JP?
2. I want to knw I’m getting is lower than the market standard.
3. I have total 13 YOE and currently CTC 37 LPA. I’ve spent over 5 years at JPMC Bengaluru as a top-performing Java Full-Stack developer, and I’m also getting promoted this year.
