TCS is offering me a package of 15.5 LPA with 50k joining bonus /IT Analyst role for 6 years of experience as that was only relevant for my total 9 year’s of experience.

Should I join or not TCS with the offer of as my Current CTC is 11.5?

Also in my current company ,I am on bench for 2 month 15 days.

Please suggest whether , I should join TCS or not with this package?

After onboarding, it’s as if my team forgets about us every day.
