TCS just called me about a Managing Partner role. Told me it was a very senior leadership position within the firm. $240 base with a 15% bonus. I just chuckled and said "yeah no". He countered that he can go up to a $285 base. Seriously, what is going on with the WITCH firms? Are they targeting disgruntled Managers at big consulting firms with fake Partner titles?
