TCS process is very stupid... They treat employees like some slaves or like some low lives... Here security , admin and RMG have more power than actual managers or supervisor....

They can make employee life very difficult...I have worked at multiple companies with the kind of stupid policies they have only they can beat themselves in making such policies.... Worst decision of my life joining TCS

Is this a good rating?. My manager said they won't give SSS to anyone unless they are a promotion candidate. Why do they have to reduce the rating just because of that?
