Tesla is TOXIC! The work environment is toxic and you are expected to work overtime everyday. The GM is a joke and micromanages everyone. He isn't a leader and likes to flaunt his "psychology" degree as if that means anything.
He is also dishonest and disrespectful especially if he doesn't like you. There are some good eggs but mostly everyone is burnt out. The auto techs are super lazy so don't expect anyone's car to be fixed correctly. Health benefits are amazing but at cost of your sanity.

Im a pastry cook with 4yrs experience and the average salary start for this position is now at $22/hr here in vegas, especially in the strip. But cooking/baking is not my passion. So im changing into veterinary medicine and im seeing that the starting rate for a vet tech is around $16-18. Why is that?? Why are people in the vet med industry being paid so low?? Something needs to change. Labor of love aint enough for the people in this job.

Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more.
