How many clients/brands should an agency copywriter be working on each week? I'm working on 5-6 per week. Everything from scripts, to rationales, to viewbooks and websites tbh.

I feel like lm working on 10-11 clients a month. Is this normal?

How do you handle remote teams being in different time zones? Right now we have a ton of team leaders on the west coast with the core team on the east coast and because of that urgent requests keep coming down after hours with the expectation to address it immediately. So at this point we’re working from 8am until like 11pm and nobody knows what to do to push back on it

My controversial opinion of the day is that organic social is worth fuckall for the majority of brands (including the trendy lifestyle ones) and that influencers are just propping up vanity metrics.
