Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?

I’m right there with you, my friend. I’ve been applying to at least 10 jobs a day, and I’ve been keeping a spreadsheet of the positions I’ve applied to and the responses I receive. It’s crazy how few employers have actually given me any kind of response.

I had been through that patch too! And I can get it how depressing it can get!
SO depressing! Like, how can it not feel demoralizing to be ignored a bunch of times?
My older Parents told me forget the career... why can't you get a Job at Walmart... they make millions of dollars 🙄 they can support yah... just walk in!
... wow... ok..
That really hurt... So I continue to drive Uber as its quicker cash flow where as Walmart you have to work almost 3-4 weeks before first paycheck but you need the cashflow now.
Yah... that hurt 😞
They've been watching news about job unemployment at all time low... ok... fine... whatever.
I’m there again. As the hundreds of resumes get sent out, the ghosting happens, and the depression creeps in.
It’s always hard on both ends, the recruiter has probably hundreds of applications to attend to and really, there’s never an easy or pleasing way to say NO so they either ghost to avoid saying it or just say it regardless. For the job seeker, it’s a painful thing to see all your efforts and skill being overlooked especially when you’re sure you’d deliver a star performance and you need the money too, it sometimes leads to depression and anger, you just need hope and courage.
