The job market is difficult to master and unpredictable most of the time. This is why I chose to pursue something more outside of my job in the entrepreneurial space. The connections I have made and the mindset I have developed are miles ahead of what I learned in college, which gives me hope for an amazing life. The banking industry is great, but not better than what I could do with more of my time back.

When I negotiated my comp, all my discussions were around me being a junior and I only accepted my comp for that reason (would not have accepted if I was step above junior since it was low). Negotiations happened with HR, but my offer letter and documents never mention junior (but I have proof from HR saying I am a junior). How do I approach this with my boss as I’m not sure she’s aware I’m actually technically a junior? Revolving around asking for a move up + raise

I accepted a FADP offer but I have lifelong crippling anxiety It leads to (TMI) diarrhea, I can’t sleep at night, among a lot of other issues. I see a therapist and have their support in school accom. I appear high functioning and ever since uni went remote my life and performance has only improved. I know I’m capable of getting the work done and they must see potential if they hired me. But I feel that if I ask for WFH or other accom. I’m gonna be shooting myself and my career in the foot.
