Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. Left McKinsey for a Fintech corporate last year. Really disappointed to see bonuses given out (cash is equivalent to half month salary, equity vested over 5 yes also not great) after getting the 5/5 rating and business doing well overall. If you completely blow your interview and the recruiter schedules a call to connect, and you know this is a rejection, how do you prepare for that? I can be positive but I know how bad the interview went. It’s one of those where I’d like them to send an email and get it over with. 🤦🏽‍♂️
