Total IT Experience : 6.2 years
Relevant Experience : 4 years

What would be the salary range for 6+ years ?

I am expecting salary from 17 to 18 LPA. Is it within their standard range ?

I got a salary range for junior manager from Deloitte in NL that’s lower than the salary range of a starting senior consultant in pwc. I was under the impression manager in pwc is junior manager in D and senior manager in pwc = manager in D

1. Genpact - 27 CTC (24 fixed + 10% variable plus gratuity) Manager level
2. Airbus - 23 CTC + 5 L JB
I really wanted to work with Airbus but they are not budging from the offer of 23 even after I told them I have a better offer from Genpact with better position. HR said they will come back..

You think Airbus will come back with better offer?

Asking for market comparison on a regional sales director role in SaaS.

Public company, 8-10 direct reports and a $25M+ territory.

Was curious what is considered market and above market. Base is currently $150k with a $175k variable at $325k. Would love y’alls help.

Currently making $260k base HCOL area. Moved from Big 4 to medium sized firm. Previously at $160k. Should I expect a reduction in base if I want to move to industry? 10 years of exp.

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. What a day of disappointment! Had phone screens with two of FAANG today. One said no visa and the other put the role on hold indefinitely. These interviews were scheduled two weeks in advance. FML.
