They use ai to screen resumes. Now they require pre-screened videos before even speaking to employers. Is it me or does this feel more like another hurdle to jump over. Even with nearly 20 years experience they still say no? Whats the solution?

Does anyone have an idea about what techno functional role actually is in HSBC? Is it more like a Business Analyst? My prior experience is completely in Technical side. It looks like PWC has the “worst” paternity leave policy out of all the big 4 with only 8 weeks off then another 4 weeks at 24hrs per week. Anyone think this might change soon? EY and Deloitte give 16 weeks and KPMG gives 12 weeks.
