I did that for portfolio school, so not technically grad school and it was genuinely really difficult. You should look at what the degree program you’re considering is and if it will actually help you with your career goals in the long-term. Will that degree actually help you achieve the new position or salary bump that you’re looking for or can you get to those things without the degree?
I did this and it was an expensive way to feel busy. I didn't fully dedicate myself to grad school or work so I just had a very stressful 2.5 years.
However if that degree is something that is relevant to your current job and can help you like Leo Burnett 1 said, then my biggest piece of advice is to make sure you take care of yourself physically and mentally as much as you can. I became very sedentary during my program and I am still working to undo the damage I did to my health.

If you want to stay in the agency business in account management, an advanced degree won’t help move faster or further. Might be a faster route to client side, though.
