Bain & Company Hi there! I'm looking to connect, and hopefully receive a referral for the Bain Associate Consultant Intern program in a SEA office. Happy to connect further, perhaps jump into a short call, for you to learn more about me and determine whether I'm a good fit. Thank you and really appreciate it! Bain & Company

Better life. Career suicide. Weigh the options carefully
Checked Vitro?
San Diego way better quality of life IMO.
Your quality of life will be better is SD.
Stay far away from Vitro. It’s a sweatshop and you’ll never get to enjoy San Diego
What’s the story with Vitro? Long hours and weekends?
Plenty of jobs, just takes a bit more digging and patience. Can't beat the quality of life! Word though is you'll never actually get to enjoy that quality life while at Vitro..
I live and work here. The quality of life is awesome. Sometimes the life is a little boring inside the agencie, because most of the agencies work with small brands and limited budget, and you definitely have to find different ways to create work with a budget limitation. Some of the agencies here: Vitro, I.d.e.a, Basic, Red Door Interactive, Bulldog Drummond, EFM... etc, but again, always a challenge working here..good luck...
It really seems like it’d only be worth living in a great city if I had work/life balance! Which seems like it’s impossible to find now...
I’m from Cali- lived In SoCal most of my life, moved to east for work and then freelanced for Vitro while in Boston. They wanted me to come back- I declined due to lack of other agencies and culture in San Diego- it’s a great town if you work in apparel, surf, digital(maybe)- good luck! If you get stuck down there- commute to La is over 2 hours- that’s with light traffic! More like 3! You’ll have to move to LA if you wanna find a job most likely! I’ve never worked directly at Vitro- but there’s a lot of rumors about a bad work/life balance!
