I am rock hard looking at all of those badgesā¦.
That truly was the golden era for gaming machines. Every year was a quantum leap in technology, whether it was more ram, massive increase in processing power, the ability to burn discs⦠just exciting stuff in every direction.
Celeron bleh, this needs some Pentium 3. These were the days when Iād drool over the Dell catalogs and wish I could afford.
I was getting by with a PCI graphics card too instead of the onboard. Wished I had a 4x AGP slot!
I had one of those. That thing was a beast. I think it had a built in dial up modem!

I did not have one of these, but I did have one of those Compaq Presario that Radio Shack used to sell with the Printer/Scanner/Fax combo š¤
It was "never obsolete" with the 2 year trade in upgrade program and $20/month internet they had.
