This is my first winter in Toronto, and damn did I underestimate what it would be like. I moved here from Chicago, and we get some tough winter weather down there. Lake effect snow is no joke. So, I thought I could handle whatever came my way here. I think I was wrong. I guess you guys don't bother to take too many snow days?

Anyone else have experience leading product managers across multiple groups who don't have much to do with each other? Or leading a group whose teams don't really make sense as a group? Feels like a lot of context switching on my end all the time, which sucks up my energy to go deep with leading each of my product managers. How did you deal?

I got an offer from teksystems India for hpe client. My question is what will happen if someday HPE don't want us to work for them anymore or maybe project development ends...so will teksystems move us to different client within 2 month (as they say) or will they fire us?
