This might have asked before, but do your students have open use of headphones in class ? (obviously not during teacher instruction or partner /group work /whole group discussions. During independent work is what I’m thinking. I always have had about 5-6 cheaper headphones hanging on a shelve, all paid for my the district. No one uses them at first; anyone who really needs headphones has their own set. But by end of Jan-may more and more kids start using them. We clean them of course.

I just graduated from my bachelors and I have received an offer for 3k per month (incl bonus) from Accenture in tech consulting (level 11), which was my top choice. However, I am not very satisfied with the pay so I wanted to ask:
