Got messaged by a C3 . ai recruiter. Read that wlb is bad and that the interview process is absurdly long, but the Glassdoor reviews are 4.2 and can't find actual hours worked posted by anyone. How's the culture really? I'd be aiming for DS consulting, something more functional but with DS/ML concepts as my differentiator.

What will be the in-hand for this offer?

Hi Fishes, Sometime back I was interviewed for Technical Support Job role in my domain. T1 went well. T2, in my understanding was better only (not great like T1 but not blunder. I felt it was nice and i replied majority of questions). They released the feedback after 10 days with "Not Positive". I am not totally sure with feedback as I replied majority of questions correct. I am being bit curious with "Microsoft" tag. What can be the reason?
Discussion appreciated.

I’m brand side. Laser focus. Know your shit and be prepared to deliver.
My slides are very focused, so I’ll practice my concise voiceover. Thank you!
Put a Keynote together on your project, and practice presenting it until you know it backwards and forwards.
Good luck! I have my fingers crossed for you :)
Having a personal story always helps. Did you find some parts of this exercise challenging/rewarding/eye opening? Having the discovery story makes you relatable.
I like this. I honestly had fun putting it together, as cheesy as that sounds. I’ll find an articulate way to explain why
keep the body short. feel free to have an appendix but brand side is about short and sweet
Thank you!
I am very eager to go brand side. In the last six months, I’ve made it through 3-5 rounds at a few other brands and haven’t been picked. I’m really hoping this will be it for me. Appreciate any tips!

Whatever you do, do not sound and act eager like you're on this post;) Have poise and confidence in your expertise; do not come off as desperate for it like your life and opinion depends on their approval. Keep it friendly and energetic but still cool calm and pro. Good luck!
That’s actually a great question. I translate it into enthusiasm during my interview. Personally, I like interviewing candidates who are excited about the role
